99%与1%
突然发现,大多数情况下,人们在做某种重大决策时,总是需要外部因素来助推,比如辞职。一个人内心或许已经对自己的工作感觉到厌倦,但由于胆怯、懒惰等人性的弱点,不会立即付诸于行动,我自己就是其中之一。工作五年来,身边的同事离职,90%都是由很明显的外部因素驱动,另外9%我相信也一定是,只是我没有看到。大约只有1%(或许远远小于1%,或许是0%)是由自身内部因素驱动。这1%的人,是非凡的人。99%与1%的例子,相信大家会找到很多。
